Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, contacting us for services, or entering into a project agreement with CraftNix Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Note: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CraftNix Digital under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Our Services
CraftNix Digital provides the following digital services:

The exact scope of services will be defined in the individual project proposal or agreement provided to each client.
Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all projects with CraftNix Digital:
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
- Final Payment: Remaining balance is due before final delivery or website launch
- Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Invoices: GST-compliant invoices will be provided upon request
- Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in project suspension
- Refunds: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
⚠️ Important: Project work will be paused if payment milestones are not met as agreed. Website files will be delivered only after full payment is received.
Project Process
To ensure smooth project delivery, the following conditions apply:
- Project Timeline: Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery
- Revisions: Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal
- Content: Client is responsible for providing all text, images, and other content unless a content creation package is agreed
- Approval: Client must provide written approval at key project milestones
- Delays: Delays caused by client inaction may result in timeline adjustments
- Additional Work: Requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately
Intellectual Property
Ownership of work produced by CraftNix Digital is governed as follows:
- Upon Full Payment: All custom design and code created specifically for the client becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment
- Portfolio Rights: CraftNix Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Third-Party Assets: Stock images, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools used in projects are subject to their respective licenses
- Pre-existing IP: Any tools, frameworks, or code libraries we develop remain our property; clients receive a usage license
- Client Content: All content provided by the client remains the client's property
Client Responsibilities
As a client of CraftNix Digital, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Respond to project communications within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our engagement
- Not resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent
Limitation of Liability
CraftNix Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime or errors
- Third-party service failures (hosting providers, payment gateways, etc.)
- Issues arising from client-provided content or information
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
⚠️ CraftNix Digital does not guarantee specific results from digital marketing campaigns, SEO, or social media services, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project under the following conditions:
- By Client: Written notice of termination with payment for all work completed to date
- By CraftNix Digital: We reserve the right to terminate if the client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unlawful activities
- Upon Termination: All outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable
- Deliverables: Completed work will be delivered only after all outstanding payments are cleared
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
