Craftnix Digital is an individual freelance service providing website design, development, and related digital services. Since our work involves time, planning, and effort, refunds are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

• Work has not started yet.
• No designs, layouts, or concepts have been delivered.
• The refund request is made within 48 hours of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund cannot be issued if:

• Work has already started.
• Initial design samples or files have been delivered.
• Client delays due to incomplete information or late responses.
• The client cancels the project halfway.
• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, plugins) have already been purchased.

Project Cancellation

If Craftnix Digital cancels the project due to unavoidable reasons, a partial or full refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
